About the property
Two level apartment 46 m2 with amazing seaview. You can see also island of Lokrum, Mount Srđ, sourounding cliffs and fortress Lovrijenac from 12th century near Old Town. There was shooting of Game of Thrones.
First level is entrance door, bathroom, double sleeping(200 x 160), flat TV, small kitchen, dining table next to window, AC. Second level is with extra toilet where you can take shower also, washing machine, balcony and two single beds each 200 x 90 cm.
It is perfect for couples, or couple with child, even 3 adults. 3 guests maximum.
Free wi-fi internet is in the apartment. Around building is free of charge parking, not private, but has enough parking.
Famous Old Town with its powerful city walls is on walking distance, about 15 minutes.
200 m away is beach Bellevue with beautiful colour of the sea. Nearby also grocerie store, just 40-50 m away, restaurants Magellan and El Toro, bakery and several fast foods all within 200-300 m.
Location is relly great, in the middle of everything, between Old Town, Lapad and Gruž harbour, everything is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. Neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. Several bus stops 50-200 meters away.
